
This is a very yummy granola, made with mixed seeds & nuts, literally to your taste and what you can eat. I have to be careful with nuts, so mine is mainly seeds, but you can chop and change it as you wish, as long as you keep the ratio of the ingredients the same
Ingredients:
60gr sunflower seeds
40gr pumpkin seeds
30gr sesame seeds
50gr almond flour
40gr coconut oil
30gr maple syrup or honey
- Preheat oven at 170C/ 340F
- Mix well all the ingredients together in a big bowl
- Place the mix in a large tray, spreading its on the tray, so it toasts evenly
- Place in oven for 15-20 mins, stirring a couple of times, so the granola toasts in all directions
- Take out of the oven when it is nice and golden, cool it down and then place in a jar with lid
