Mixed seeds paleo bread

mixed seeds paleo bread

This is a really fluffy bread made only with seed flours and therefore gluten free and paleo friendly. You can either make it flatter by using a bigger loaf tin or higher to make it look like a loaf of bread. This bread is amazing, it is fluffy, soft and although it has no grains, it looks and tastes exactly like a bread loaf. Keep it in the fridge or slice before putting in the freezer.
