tartare sauce

Tartare sauce is really nice with all fish dishes but particularly with fish and chips or fish cakes.

Preparation: 10 mins

Ingredients for 4 portions:

100gr mayonnaise

1 gherkin, chopped

1 teaspoon capers chopped

1 small red onion or 1/2 bunch spring onion, chopped

  • combine all ingredients together
  • place in a glass jar and store in fridge
