400gr red cabbage, finely sliced
1 apple, peeled and grated
2 stalks of celery, peeled and cut into strips
75gr cashew nuts, chopped
100gr coconut yoghurt
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
40gr sultanas
- combine all the ingredients together and mix well
