This is a very easy and quick to make pizza bas, full of flavour due to the parmesan and it can be used as a pizza base as well as an open sandwich. because of the parmesan ingredient, when it is cold it has a cracker consistency, but when it is hot it really looks like a pizza slice. This recipe is gluten free, sugar free, low in carbohydrates and keto friendly
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 good size slices
100gr ground almonds
