
This is a very simple and versatile recipe that can be used as topping for yoghurt bowls, as a quick dessert and ideal for breakfast.
The basic ingredients for making the granola are the oats, coconut oil and maple syrup and then you can add whatever you wish in it. All you need is a full tablespoon on top of your yoghurt bowl or porridge and it sweetens and adds an element of crunch to it! This recipe is gluten free and dairy free and it fills a big jar.
PREPARATION & COOKING TIME: 20 mins
INGREDIENTS for 250gr batch:
120gr organic oats
50gr maple syrup
30gr coconut oil
50gr chopped almonds
40gr raisins
- Preheat the oven to 175C/ 350F
- Mix the oats with the coconut oil, chopped almonds and maple syrup and stir well
- Place on a baking tray over baking paper
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden
- Once out of the oven, mix in the raisins and cool down
- Then place in a mason jar
