falafel burger with sweet potato fries

This is a healthy indulgence! The fries are filling and healthy, the burger is super tasty, but at the same time you feel like you are having burger and chips, so win win!

PREPARATION & COOKING TIME: 1 hour (not including burger buns)

INGREDIENTS FOR 1:

4 burger bun (click on blue word for recipe)

4 portion of sweet potato fries (click on blue word for recipe)

4 tablespoon of hummus (click on blue word for recipe)

4 falafel burger (click on blue word for recipe)

2 red peppers cut into quarters

  • It is best if you already have burger buns made and defrosted from oven, otherwise you can buy burger buns from the supermarket
  • Turn the oven on at 375F/ 200C
  • Place the red peppers on an oven tray and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and then place in the oven for 20min
  • Prepare the falafels burgers and place in the oven (30 mins)
  • In the meantime prepare the sweet potato fries and place under grill for 20mins
  • Once everything is cooking, prepare the humous on the minipiper or robot (10mins)
  • Cut the burger buns, place the hummus on the bottom of the bun, put falafel burger on top, top with the red peppers, place the burger bun on top and serve with the sweet potato fries
