caesar salad dressing

This is the ultimate Keto salad for me and the dressing is very flavoursome with all my best ingredients in it! A go to for a summer meal and I always keep this dressing in my fridge because it turns a simple salad into a fantastic tasting salad.

COOKING & PREPARATION TIME: 5 mins

INGREDIENTS for 300ml:

150gr mayonnaise

100gr water

1 clove of garlic

20gr grated parmesan

2 anchovies

1/2 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

  • put all the ingredients in the blender and whizz for a few seconds
  • store in a glass jar and use when needed
